The first step to finding out if you have a case is consulting with a qualified lawyer to discuss the events that led to your injuries in the first place. You also may need to provide documents like medical reports and bills, witness statements, and of course evidence of negligence (if applicable) by the person or organization whose wrongdoing caused your injuries.

To create an LLC you need to file articles of organization in the state where your business is located and do so within the legal stated timeframe.

Yes—it’s against the law to have a cash-only policy without clear warning to the public. Once a customer is notified in writing they can continue to pay with cash and they do so at their own risk.
